Every American should have access to affordable, quality healthcare. Republicans in the state legislature have refused to expand Medicaid due to petty, partisan politics – leaving billions in federal funding on the table and hundreds of thousands of Georgians without care.
I strongly believe that every single Georgian is entitled to quality, affordable healthcare. I will fight to lower drug costs, make healthcare more affordable, fully fund our public health agencies, and expand Medicaid.
As State Senator, I will fight to:
- Expand Medicaid, granting hundreds of thousands of Georgians good-quality healthcare
- Reduce inequities in healthcare, like maternal mortality rates
- Fully fund our public health agencies and hospitals
- Lower drug costs and make healthcare more affordable for every Georgian
